  • Keep in mind that the FFL system is tested and works, so put your trust in it. This is an imitation business, so you won’t need to reinvent the wheel.
  • For this opportunity to change your life, you will have to work hard and stay committed. Constant activity, resilience, and acceptance of feeling uncomfortable…are all the keys to success.
  • Stay humble, be easy to train, avoid getting excited, and leave your ego at the door.
  • Mindset, attitude and activity are the most important keys to success in this business (No time for negativity!).
  • Booking appointments and being great on the phones is 80% of this business, this is your top priority as a new broker.
  • Getting obsessed with becoming a student of the game is essential. Constantly watch/listen to training content and live recordings from high-end producers (while at the gym, driving, at night instead of Netflix, free time, and so on).
  • The best and most impactful training you will have is called: Experience. Getting through your first 100 client sessions, calling from home, and learning from your successes and failures is very important. Most new full-time runners hit their top 100 in 3-4 weeks, how fast do you want to accelerate your success?

Follow the steps to get your Errors & Omissions (E&O) Insurance

You are required to have E&O Insurance (Personal Liability coverage) to be contracted with the insurance carriers as an independent broker. Preferred provider is Napa, please see direct link below: HERE

What is errors and omissions (E&O) insurance?
