Frequently asked questions from agents
Do I need a license to start?
Yes: a life or health insurance producer license in your state is required. We guide you through the pre-licensing course (online, with a partner school) and even pay for your course so you don’t incur that cost.
Can I start part-time?
Yes. Many successful agents started part-time while keeping another job, before moving to full-time.
Are there membership fees to join?
No. There are no membership, club, contract-promotion, or training fees.
How and when do I get paid?
You work on commission, with direct deposit to your account, typically within 24 to 48 hours after the policy is issued.
What is Errors & Omissions (E&O) insurance?
It’s professional liability insurance that protects you against claims for errors or omissions when offering products. We explain how to obtain it before you start producing.
Do you provide training and leads?
Yes: live training (1-on-1, webinars, capsules) and a platform available 24/7. Leads are available depending on the system; we review it with you in the interview.
