LegalShield is a monthly membership that connects you with a law firm assigned to your state. Instead of paying hundreds of dollars per hour every time you need help, you pay a fixed monthly fee and get access to preventive legal guidance by phone, app and, depending on the plan, emergency support.
Let's be clear: it is not unlimited legal expense insurance and it does not replace hiring an attorney for a large, specific case. It is an access plan: consultations, document review, letters and calls on your behalf, a will and other benefits defined by LegalShield.

How much does it cost per month?

Can I choose my attorney?
LegalShield assigns a law firm that serves your state. That team handles your consultations and plan benefits. Service availability varies by state.
When can I start using it?

Is support available in Spanish?
