In Nevada, Marketplace health coverage (Obamacare/ACA) is enrolled through Nevada Health Link, your state's own exchange.
Nevada doesn’t use healthcare.gov: its marketplace is Nevada Health Link. Enroll by December 31 for coverage starting January 1; January 1–15, it starts February 1. Nevada Health Link
When you can enroll
Open enrollment runs November 1 through January 15. Outside that window you need a qualifying event, such as moving, losing coverage or having a child.
If you have no qualifying event or don’t qualify for financial help, there are private health plans you can sign up for in any month of the year.

Is there anything if Nevada Health Link does not work for me?
Yes. Nevada Health Link closes January 15 and outside that date you need a qualifying event. If you have none, or your income leaves you without a subsidy, we offer private health plans, from major medical to limited-benefit everyday plans; availability varies by state and we review it at your appointment. If you qualify for a good subsidy, the marketplace is still better.
Where do I enroll in Obamacare in Nevada?
At Nevada Health Link, the state’s own marketplace. We walk you through it at no cost.
How long do I have to enroll in Nevada?
Through January 15. For coverage starting January 1, enroll by December 31.
